​Blaise Noto's professional career experience spans over 40 years during which time he was a top, award-winning public relations and marketing executive in corporate America. He has won numerous awards in his profession; was nominate for an Emmy, and services on a number of committees at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. 

Blaise Noto has held long-time memberships in various professional organizations, among them the Academy of Motion Picture Art & Sciences, The Television Academy, The Recording Academy, The Publicists Guild of America, and International Cinematographers Guild, and Public Relations Society of America. 

Blaise Noto's professional skills are wide and varied, having successfully almost every job in marketing and public relations at the major companies for which he has worked over three decades: filming and videography, photography, advertising and design, journalism and interviewing, licensing and merchandising, market research, special events, corporate communications, and much more.

He was president of Blaise Noto & Associates, an international communications and marketing company based on the West Coast and in North Carolina, specializing in entertainment and the arts, as well as non-profits including is co-founding the Angkor Wat International Film Festival in Cambodia which is non-profit and free event.
